Privacy & Cookies
Effective date: 19 July 2026. How this website handles personal data, in brief.
Who we are
This site is operated by NEUMAI LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16869272), which is the data controller. For any privacy question or request, contact founder@neumai.co.uk.
What we collect, and why
This is a simple website with no accounts and no forms. We only handle personal data in two ways:
- Analytics — if you accept via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used (pages viewed, general device/browser info, approximate location). Lawful basis: your consent. If you decline, no analytics run.
- If you email us — we use your email address and message to reply. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Cookies
No analytics cookies are set unless you accept. We store only your consent choice so we don't ask again. You can change it anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Sharing & international transfers
We don't sell your data. Analytics data is processed by Google as our provider, which may involve transfers outside the UK protected by appropriate safeguards. We may disclose data if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose above, then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is kept in line with Google Analytics' standard retention settings — Google retains detailed data for a limited period (up to 14 months) before aggregating or deleting it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your data, request portability, or withdraw consent at any time. To do so, email us using the address above. You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Changes
We may update this notice; the current version always lives on this page.
